Who runs it

MedMatch Global is founder-led, run by Suleyman Suleymanoglu, and registered as a sole proprietorship under the name Suleyman MedMatch Global Advisory. The background behind it is more than twenty years in health tourism and a decade working in dentistry — which is why the dental side of the service is the most developed part of it.

It is a small, deliberately narrow operation rather than a large agency: one destination country, a short list of partner clinics, and four core treatments. That is a limitation and worth stating as one. If you want treatment in Thailand or India, we are the wrong people to ask.

How we are paid

A single flat $300 Patient Care & Coordination Fee, paid by you, the same amount whether your treatment costs $550 or $8,000. Your treatment cost is paid directly to the clinic or hospital at their own price — we add no markup and take no commission from them.

The industry norm is the opposite: a commission of 7.5% to 30% paid by the clinic out of the price you are quoted, usually undisclosed. We chose a flat fee because it removes the incentive to steer you toward more treatment than you need, and it lets us publish fixed prices instead of hiding them behind an enquiry form.

What we do

• Vet the clinic against a published standard — accreditation, surgeon credentials, written complication policy, and a rejection list. It is set out in full in The MedMatch Standard.
• Get you a fixed written quote that names the procedure, the implant or material brand, the unit count and the inclusions.
• Arrange a video consultation with the operating surgeon before you pay any deposit.
• Coordinate the trip — hotel, VIP transfers, and an English-speaking host with you at appointments.
• Hold the clinic to its written policy afterwards, when you have flown home and lost your leverage.
• Tell you when not to travel. Small cases, unsuitable medical histories, and treatments better done at home.

What we are not

Being precise about this matters more than it costs us.

• We are not a clinic and not a medical provider. We do not employ the surgeons, we do not perform treatment, and we do not give medical advice. Clinical decisions are made by the treating clinician.
• We do not provide or arrange medical, travel or complication cover of any kind. If you want cover for the trip, you arrange it yourself.
• We are not an accreditation body. Our vetting standard is our own; it does not replace JCI or any national regulator.
• We are not immigration advisers. Visa and entry requirements are yours to check.
• We are not a large multinational. Founder-led, one destination, four core treatments.

Which clinics

Our partners are a small group of clinics in Antalya and Istanbul, plus a JCI-accredited hospital group for surgical and orthopaedic work. Most partner names are given to you with your written quote rather than published on the site — partly because clinic partnerships change, and partly because our pricing is negotiated. One dental partner, Mira Dental Clinic, is shown by name with the owner's agreement.

If a named clinic before you commit matters to you, ask and we will tell you which clinic your quote is from, before you pay anything. What we will not do is publish the whole list, and it is fair to know that in advance.

No. MedMatch does not provide, arrange or underwrite medical, travel or complication cover of any kind. What it does require is a written complication and revision policy from every partner clinic, given to you before you book.
