ASK A REAL PERSON
Tell us what you're considering and what's worrying you. A patient advisor reads it and writes back within one business day — even when the honest answer costs us the booking.
Nothing else is needed from you right now.
4
Treatments only — teeth, hair, nose, knee. We say no to the rest.
JCI
Partner hospitals hold JCI accreditation or an equivalent standard.
$300
Our whole fee, fixed. Treatment is paid to the clinic, not to us.
STRAIGHT ABOUT MONEY
Because we don't know yours yet, and neither does anyone who puts one in an ad. What it costs depends on the details — how many teeth, how many grafts, whether a nose is a first operation or somebody else's to correct, whether a knee is partial or total — and no honest figure exists before someone has looked at yours. What we can show you is the published market range, so you can see whether this is even the right conversation to be having.
Indicative market rates for the treatment itself. Not a quote, and not MedMatch partner pricing — flights, hotel and the days you're not earning are not in these figures, and implants usually need a second trip on top. Our true-cost estimate puts all of that in, including the case where the answer is that travelling isn't worth it for you.
BEFORE YOU TRUST ANYONE WITH THIS
These are the four things we check, and the four things you should demand from any operator — including the ones who reply faster than we do.
Medical degree, specialty board certification and licence confirmed with the issuing body — not taken off a CV or the clinic's own website. Those documents are on file and yours on request, before you pay anything.
JCI audits what protects you mid-procedure: infection control, medication safety, surgical checklists, and whether intensive care and a full anaesthesiology team are on site rather than on call from across town.
Not the broad specialty — the specific operation and technique. A general surgeon who occasionally does rhinoplasty does not pass, because outcomes track repetition closely.
The written complication and revision policy for your specific procedure, in your hands beforehand. You can also ask us for the date of a partner's last audit, and to speak with past patients who've agreed to it.
THE QUESTIONS EVERYONE ASKS
A fixed $300 Patient Care & Coordination Fee. That's the whole of it. Your treatment is paid directly to the clinic, not through us, and flights are quoted separately so you can see what they really cost. If anyone in this industry won't tell you their fee in one sentence, that's your answer about them.
No. You get a written answer by email. We phone only if you ask us to, and we don't hand your number to a call centre — there isn't one. If you'd rather talk it through, there's a WhatsApp link after you send this and a free call you can book whenever you want one.
Two honest parts to that. First, the written complication and revision policy for your procedure is given to you before you pay, so you know what the clinic covers rather than hoping. Second, the part most pages skip: a trip back costs real money — the flight, the days off, the stay. That's precisely why our true-cost estimate prices a return trip out loud instead of hiding it. On smaller cases it sometimes makes travelling not worth it, and we'd rather you learn that from us than after you've paid a deposit.
No. There's nothing to buy on this page, no deposit, no account and no obligation. Plenty of people ask one question, get an answer, and decide treatment abroad isn't for them. That's a perfectly good outcome and it costs you nothing.
Four: dental work (implants, veneers, crowns, full-mouth), hair transplant, rhinoplasty and knee replacement. If you're after something else, pick "Something else" and ask anyway — we'll tell you honestly whether it's something we can help with rather than saying yes and working it out later.
Properly? No. Our partner agreements, our aftercare and our follow-up all assume you're flying from North America, and we'd be pretending otherwise. Ask anyway and we'll point you towards someone who covers your region — but we won't take your details and disappear.
Your details go to a patient advisor and, if you choose to go ahead, to the hospital you pick. They are never sold and never passed to anyone else. Don't type your full medical history into this box — if a clinician needs it, we'll tell you exactly which records and how to send them. Full terms are in the privacy policy.
You've probably had a form take your details and give you a sales sequence. This one gives you an answer — including the answer that you shouldn't travel for this, if that's what's true.
